1. The Service

Suvee Business Automation is an online app that helps businesses manage ideas and tasks with their team, and send work updates on WhatsApp. It is provided over the internet; nothing is shipped physically.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• The person who registers a company is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite.
• Keep your login (password or mobile number) safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give correct details, including your company name, state and GSTIN (if you have one), so invoices are correct.

3. Free trial

Every new company gets a 60-day free trial. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, you can buy a plan. If you don’t, the company moves to the Free plan: only the owner can use it, other members are paused, and no data is deleted.

4. Plans, prices and billing

• Plans are priced in Indian Rupees and differ by the number of users. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
• 18% GST is charged on every payment. A GST invoice is issued for each payment.
• Plans are paid in advance for one month or one year. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Prices already paid are not affected.

5. Renewal

There is no automatic debit. Before your plan ends we remind you by email and/or WhatsApp. If you do not renew, the company moves to the Free plan as described above.

6. WhatsApp wallet

• WhatsApp messages are paid from a prepaid wallet: ₹0.20 for each message to each person.
• New companies receive ₹50 welcome credit. Welcome credit has no cash value.
• The minimum recharge is ₹100 plus GST. The wallet is credited with the amount before GST.
• Recharges do not expire while your account is active. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• When the balance is zero, WhatsApp messages are not sent; the rest of the app keeps working.
• Only work-related (transactional) messages are sent. Each person can turn WhatsApp updates off in their profile.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or to harass anyone;
• send spam or promotional messages, or add people who have not agreed to receive work updates;
• try to access other companies’ data, break our security, or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Your data

You own the content your team adds (ideas, tasks, comments, voice notes, files). We use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete your company’s data.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. If we close the Service or your account without a fault on your side, we will refund unused prepaid amounts.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. WhatsApp and other third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell owners about important changes by email or in the app before they apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata / Howrah, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
