1. How the Service is delivered

The Service is used online through a web browser on your phone or computer. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

2. When you get access

• Your account and free trial start as soon as you sign up.
• After a successful payment, your plan or WhatsApp wallet credit is activated instantly.
• We confirm every payment by email and/or WhatsApp, with your GST invoice.

3. If something goes wrong

If your plan or wallet credit is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at shrirajglobal@gmail.com or +91 78900 80808. We will activate it, or refund the payment in full.
