How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 60 days of the Team plan free. No credit card is needed to start.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan to keep your whole team. If you don't, your company moves to the Free plan: only the owner can use it, and nothing is deleted. Pick a plan any time to bring everyone back.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST invoice. Add your GSTIN in company settings to get a B2B invoice.
How are WhatsApp messages charged?
From a prepaid wallet: ₹0.20 per message per person. Every company gets ₹50 free credit. Recharge from ₹100 (+ GST). If the balance runs out, the app keeps working — only WhatsApp alerts pause.
Is my data safe?
Your data belongs to you. Each company's data is kept separate and is only visible to its own team. We never sell your data.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan whenever your team grows. For more than 100 users, contact us for a custom plan.
Can I cancel any time?
